Daisy Buchanan: Fear of cash machines, knowing your financial worth and investing in her mental health

This week’s episode is a conversation with Daisy Buchanan. Daisy is a journalist, broadcaster and author of the hilariously warm and useful book ‘How To Be A Grown Up’. The book is part memoir and part self-help, it’s packed full of loads of brilliant tips and advice on everything from sex to money.

She’s a TED speaker, often spotted on telly debater and host of the chart topping literary podcast You’re Booked.

We discussed setting rates as a freelancer,  her fear of cash machines, that Grazia article and investing in her mental health.
